- Device & app usage data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance and usage analytics (e.g., feature usage), and identifiers made available by the OS (e.g., IDFA/AAID) only if you opt in.
- Account information (if you create an account): username/nickname and email address you provide.
- Training/formation data: timetable entries, formation assignments, and training progress. These become personal data when linked to an account.
- Approximate location (optional, with permission): used for features like coordinating formations or instructor tracking.
4. How we use your information & legal bases
- Provide core functionality (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre‑contractual steps) – to operate timetables, training tracking, and related features.
- Improve the app and ensure reliability (legal basis: legitimate interests) – to monitor performance, fix crashes, and understand usage to enhance user experience.
- Communications (legal basis: legitimate interests or consent) – service messages, updates, support replies; marketing/feature announcements only with your consent.
- Optional features requiring permissions (legal basis: consent) – e.g., approximate location or analytics that are not strictly necessary for core functionality.
- Legal compliance (legal basis: legal obligation) – to comply with applicable laws and protect rights.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting) bound by confidentiality and data‑processing agreements, solely to support app operations.
